(BEDFORD) - The Bedford City Council last week passed ordinance establishing the alley, between I and J streets, in the first block south of 16th Street as a one-way alley.
Traffic will be allowed to travel only from west to east. This was needed for safety reasons as people leaving the Courthouse Plaza are hidden from traffic coming from the east.
