Washington Firefighter Respond To Fire After Propane Tank Explodes

(WASHINGTON) - Washington firefighters were called out at 2:17 p.m. Tuesday to 1101 Northeast 4th to a home owned by Brian Downs after a propane tank exploded.

Washington Fire Chief Dave Rhoads says damage was moderate and there were no injuries.

Three off duty firemen were called in to help in fighting the fire.

Firefighters were on scene until after 4 p.m.
