Greater Bloomington Chamber Of Commerce Hosting 9th Annual Women Excel Bloomington Awards

(BLOOMINGTON) - Join the Greater Bloomington Chamber of Commerce as they host the 9th Annual Women Excel Bloomington Awards.

The 2018 honorees are from diverse backgrounds, and each of these women have the heart and spirit of a mentor, educator and leader.

The Bloomington community and Chamber of Commerce members are invited to join officials as they celebrate these seven women:

Lisa Abbott - Executive Vice President, Bloomington Board of Realtors
Amanda Burnham - Vice President of Operations, Burnham Rentals
Kyla Cox Deckard - Director of Communications, IU Center for Rural Engagement
Jane Kupersmith - Co-Owner, Hopscotch Coffee and Rainbow Bakery
Christi McBride - Director, Hoosier Hills Career Center (MCCSC)
Laurie Burns McRobbie - First Lady, Indiana University
Doris Sims - Director, Housing & Neighborhood Development, City of Bloomington

This year's WEB Awards will be held in a new format. Attendees are invited to join us at Henke Hall, located on the north end of Memorial Stadium, on Thursday, May 31 beginning at 4 p.m. Cocktails and appetizers will be available to enjoy, and the program will begin at 5 p.m.. The evening will conclude at 6:30 .pm.
