(BLOOMINGTON) - Bloomington Police are investigating vandalism after a man reported he found a swastika painting on a electrical box
The man told police he noticed the symbol on the utility box at South High Street and East Moores Pike on Thursday.
Police say the man drives those roads regularly and had not noticed it before Thursday.
Police notified Bloomington Utilities Department and they removed the graffiti.
