Streets Being Renamed In Elnoa To Honor Local War Casualties

(ELNORA) - A street in Elnora is being renamed to honor a local Vietnam casualty of war.

The town council has voted to change Park Street to Woodsmall Drive in honor of Max Woodsmall who died in Vietnam in 1966.

The Odon Journal reports, Adam Thorne, of the Odon VFW, requested the Odon city council to rename a street to honor Odon native Arnold Benton, who was a casualty of the Vietnam war.

The VFW is paying all costs associated with renamed the streets.
