(COLUMBUS) - President Donald Trump is planning to visit Columbus on Thursday, May 10th for a campaign event in with Greg Pence, Vice President Mike Pence’s older brother.
Greg Pence is running for Congress in Indiana's 6th Congressional District. The district, which covers most of southeastern Indiana, was formerly represented by the now-vice president.
Rep. Luke Messer, who Pence serves as campaign finance committee chairman for, currently represents the district but is vacating the seat to run for the U.S. Senate.
Vice President Mike Pence is scheduled to return for an event, hosted by America First Policies, on May 18 in Carmel.
No time or location has been released for the event where President Trump is expected to attend.
