(MITCHELL/HURON) - Pole testing for Orange County REMC members served in the Mitchell and Huron area is scheduled to begin on Monday and will continue through July.
Orange County REMC has contracted American Energy Services from Richmond Michigan to perform inspections and maintenance on REMC poles and member owned poles.
Following the inspection, REMC crews will replace all defective REMC poles and will notify members if a service pole they own represents a hazard to themselves, their property, or electric lines.
For your safety, American Energy Services vehicles will display a magnetic door logo to indicate they represent Orange County REMC. Please contact REMC if you have any questions or concerns at (812) 865-2229.
