Man Arrested After Harassing Vendors At Bloomington Farmers' Market

(BLOOMINGTON) - A man was arrested after police say he was harassing vendors at the Bloomington Farmers’ Market Saturday afternoon.

According to police, 30-year-old Joseph Cast and a group of three to four others were verbally harassing vendors. One of the vendors began recording the incident on his cellphone.

Cast grabbed the phone and put the vendor in a headlock until he relinquished the cell phone.

Police arrested Cast on charges of robbery, theft, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and battery. He is being held in the Monroe County Jail on a $5,500 bond.
