Indianapolis Woman Facing Drug Charges After Police Find Drugs in her Purse

(BEDFORD) - An Indianapolis woman was put in jail Monday after police found meth, marijuana and Alprozolam, a Schedule IV controlled substance in her purse.

Heathor Bellon, 42, remains in the Lawrence County jail on a $7,500 surety or $755 cash bond.

Bellon was picked up from the Brown County Jail by a Lawrence County Sheriff's deputy on local warrant for failure to appear. During the booking process at the Lawrence County Jail she was found in possession of drugs which were in her purse.
