(BEDFORD) - The Hoosier Hills Credit Union Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee held their reorganization meetings following their monthly meetings in May.
After the Board reorganization, Jennie Edwards was named Chair; Alan Cummings, Vice-Chair; Keith Wilkinson, Board Secretary; and Gary Faubion, Treasurer. Other members of the Board of Directors include Leo Meadows, outgoing Chairman, and Bill Miller.
Supervisory Committee Officers named at the meeting were Don Brandt, Chair, and April Glenn, Secretary. Other Supervisory Committee Members include Jay Brown, Bryan Johnson and Janie Craig Chenault.
Hoosier Hills Credit Union is guided by a Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee. The Board of Directors sets policies, helps plan strategic direction and ensures the safety and soundness of the Credit Union. The Supervisory Committee is responsible for overseeing external audits of Credit Union safety and soundness, in addition to internal audits. Each Board and Supervisory Committee member serves the Credit Union and its members on a volunteer basis for three-year terms.
