(BEDFORD) - The Bedford Parks Department has requested all cemetery decorations be removed from graves at Beech Grove Cemetery as the city prepares for the upcoming mowing season.
Flowers should be removed by Thursday, May 31.
According to Bedford City Ordinance No. 92: "No flowers, shrubs, decorative plants or trees are to be planted at the cemetery. All flowers or decorations must be placed on the headstones or on shepherd's hooks."
