(ELLETTSVILLE) - An accident caused a fire at the Stop N Go Muffler in Ellettsville Monday afternoon.
The accident happened around 1 p.m. at 509 West Temperance Street.
Tom Headdy told police the last thing he remembered before crashing his bucket truck into the muffler shop was he needed to pull over.
Co-Owner Bill Anderson was working on a van, owed by Dave Jarrett, outside of the muffler shop when Headdy's bucket truck plowed into the van causing a chain reaction of collisions. Anderson had just walked away from the vehicle just before the collision.
Ellettsville firefighters say one vehicle's electrical equipment shorted out starting the fire that consumed half to the building.
Police say no one was injured in the incident.
