Daviess And Martin County Primary Election Results

(UNDATED) - Preliminary returns in contested races in Tuesday’s primary in Daviess and Martin counties.

In Daviess County, Gary Allison defeated Troy Fuhs by 110 votes in Tuesday's Republican Primary Election for Daviess County Sheriff.

Tony Duncheon won the GOP nomination for Daviess County Council District 2. Duncheon defeated Kristin Miles by 103 votes.

Incumbent Michael Myers won the Republican nomination for Daviess County Council District 3, defeating Dan Myers by 334 votes.

In Martin County, the Democrat winner for Shoals Town Clerk was Sierra Rutledge with 53 percent. Perry Township Trustee winner for the Democrats was Jason Hennette with 67 percent.
