(BROWN CO.) - A Brown County Junior High English teacher Dustin Robinson who was placed on administrative leave three weeks ago has agreed to resign.
Robinson has been on paid administrative leave since May 9th after a classroom incident the superintendent says caused concerns about student safety.
A student caught the incident on their cell phone and after reviewed by school officials Robinson was placed on administrative leave for neglect of duty and other good or just cause.
Superintendent Laura Hammack told the Brown County Democrat they would not disclose details of the incident other than to say there was no illegal, immoral or criminal behavior involved.
Robinson has been with the school system since January 2014.
