Bloomington Man Arrested For Second Time After Breaking Into Ex-Girlfriend's Home

(BLOOMINGTON) - A Bloomington man has been arrested for the second time this month.

The first incident happened on May 13th when 30-year-old Bryan Maddin kidnapped his ex-girlfriend and told police that she was cheating on him. He was arrested on charges of kidnapping, strangulation, criminal confinement and battery.

This time police arrested Maddin after he broke into his ex-girlfriend's home at 1600 West Arlington Road. Police were called to the home after reports of yelling and screaming. Police arrived, entered the home and put Maddin in handcuffs.

He was first taken to the hospital before being taken to the Monroe County Correctional Center on charges of stalking, intimidation, burglary, invasion of privacy and criminal mischief.
