(WASHINGTON) - Washington Police arrested a Washington man Tuesday on felony charges of neglect of a dependent, battery resulting in bodily injury, animal abuse, domestic battery and criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon.
Police arrested 37-year-old Brett Carpenter. He is being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
Carpenter was arrested after police were notified of a domestic fight at a home on West Walnut Street.
