Man Sentenced To Probation After Assisting In Robbing Woman's Purse

(DAVIESS CO.) - A Daviess County man was sentenced Friday after pleading guilty in February to assisting a criminal.

Daviess County Superior Court Judge Dean Sobecki sentenced 20-year-old Nicholas White on Supervised Probation for two and a half years, ordered him to pay court costs, complete 400 hours of community service and participate in a victim reconciliation program.

White was arrested after he drove the getaway car for of Jacob Kunze who attempted a rob a woman by trying to steal a purse.

Kunze was sentenced to 12 years in jail last summer after pleading guilty to attempted robbery resulting in bodily injury.
