(BEDFORD) - The Bedford North Lawrence baseball team’s annual Coaches vs. Cancer game is tonight at Stars Field.
BNL Stars will taken on North Daviess Cougars.
Opening Ceremonies will begin at 5:15 p.m. with team introductions, followed by the "Surround the Mound" event where cancer survivors and caregivers are invited to the field for recognition. That will be followed with a moment of silence, and a balloon release and finally, the national anthem and ceremonial first pitch.
All proceeds will go to the American Cancer Society.
