(BLOOMINGTON) - The Adoption Center at the Bloomington Animal Shelter will be closed on Wednesday, April 11.
Phone lines will remain open to take calls and dispatch Animal Control Officers during normal business hours. If you have a stray or missing animal, or need assistance from an Animal Control Officer, please call 812-349-3492. Outside of normal business hours, please call 812-339-1444.
The shelter will resume its normal hours of operation on Thursday, April 12. The City of Bloomington Animal Shelter is open to visitors on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from noon to 5 p.m., Tuesdays and Fridays from noon to 7 p.m., and Sundays from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. Adoptable animals and found animals can be seen on the shelter website at bloomington.in.gov/animal-shelter.
