(BEDFORD) - Did you know the Bedford Street Department has a sidewalk program where the City will remove the old existing sidewalk and furnish the concrete for the new walk?
The homeowner is responsible for obtaining a contractor to construct the new walk and for payment for labor and construction.
A limited amount of sidewalks are done every year.
