(BROWNSTOWN) - Dr. Tamara Hiester’s dental office is organizing a Tormoehlen Strong 5K Walk/Run at 9 a.m. May 5 in Brownstown.
Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. the day of the race at Heritage Park, 121 E. Walnut St., Brownstown. The cost to register is $30.
Registration forms may be found on the Tormoehlen Strong 5K Walk/Run Facebook page or at Hiester's office, 105 N. Community Drive, Seymour.
The course map also is on the Facebook event page. The 5K will be a timed event and is open to all ages.
Organizers also are seeking sponsors to donate items for the event. To donate, call 812-524-2424.
All proceeds will benefit Shane and Katie Tormoehlen of Vallonia, who have two young children battling cancer.
