(WASHINGTON) - A Washington man was jailed on Wednesday on charges of battery and disorderly conduct.
The charges against 28-year-old Derek Godfrey stem from a report made about 4 p.m. Police say Godfrey was involved in a physical confrontation with a woman.
He is being held in the Daviess County Jail without bond.
A domestic incident on Northwest 2nd Street resulted in the arrest of 34-year-old Donnie Harris, of Washington early this morning.
He was jailed after the 2 a.m. incident on charges of domestic battery and criminal confinement.
He is being held without bond.
