(BEDFORD) - Two people complained of chest pain after an accident at the intersection of Tunnelton and Vinegar Hill Road on Thursday.

According to a Lawrence County Police report, 85-year-old Mary Maddox of Bedford was traveling south on Tunnelton Road toward the intersection of Vinegar Hill Road. At the same time, 21-year-old Brooke Smith of Bedford was stopped at the stop sign on Vinegar Hill Road facing east.

Smith told police she didn't see Maddox's 2017 Enclave and crossed Tunnelton Road.
