(INDIANAPOLIS) - Gov. Eric J. Holcomb today announced John M. Plummer III as his appointment to the Lawrence County Superior Court. Judge Plummer will succeed Judge Michael Robbins who retired last month.
Judge Plummer currently serves as juvenile referee in the Lawrence County Circuit Court. Prior to his appointment as referee in 2014, Judge Plummer was in private practice and served part-time as a public defender. Judge Plummer received a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University and his law degree from Thomas M. Cooley School of Law.
Judge Plummer will be sworn in as the Judge of Superior Court in Lawrence County on a date to be determined.
