Driver Arrested After Traveling 110 MPH On State Road 66

(SPENCER) - Monday afternoon at approximately 3 p.m., Master Trooper Lytton observed a purple 1999, Plymouth, traveling 110 mph in a 55 mph zone on State Road 66 near County Road 550 East.

The driver, 41-year-old Edward Moore of Grandview, failed field sobriety test and had a blood-alcohol level of 0.141 percent.

Moore was arrested on the following charges:

• Operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment, Class A misdemeanor
• Operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of .08-.14 percent, Class C misdemeanor
• Reckless driving, Class C misdemeanor
• Driving while driver's license suspended with a prior conviction, Class A misdemeanor
