(LOOGOOTEE) - Loogootee Police arrested 38-year-old Nicholas Guy of Loogootee on Friday on preliminary charges of maintaining a common nuisance, unlawful possession of a syringe, operating a vehicle while intoxicated on a controlled substance, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangerment.
The Loogootee Police Department's K-9 Roxy, the Martin County Sheriff's Department and the Indiana State Police Assisted with the arrest.
On Saturday, Loogootee Police arrested 25-year-old William Lucas the Second of Loogootee for criminal conversion and public intoxication.
The Martin County Sheriff's Office assisted in the arrest.
