Traffic Stop In Brownstown Lands Two Seymour Residents In Jail

(BROWNSTOWN) - A traffic stop in the Brownstown Tuesday night landed two Seymour residents in jail.

Police arrested 28-year-old Crystal Howard on three counts of dealing meth, operating a vehicle while never licensed, possession of a narcotic drug and possession of a legend drug.

Police also arrested 43-year-old Delbert Allman, of Seymour, on charges of unlawful possession of a syringe and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police stopped Howard's vehicle in the 3600 block of East County Road 400 South in Brownstown after the driver Allman made several traffic violations.

After the vehicle stopped police saw Howard get out of the driver's seat and switch places with Allman.

Both were booked into Jackson County Jail in Brownstown and are being held without bond.
