Schools Announce Makeup Snow Days

(UNDATED) - North Lawrence has announced and two Jackson County school corporations have announced plans to make up days missed because of inclement weather.

Here are the ones that have been approved so far for North Lawrence Community Schools:

February 19, 2018 - this is a make-up day for January 12th.
April 20, 2018 - this is a make-up day for January 16th.
April 27, 2018 - this is a make-up day for May 8, 2018 - election
May 25, 2018 - this is a make-up day for January 17th.

Superintendent Gary Conner is requesting approval from the School Board on February 22nd to approve the make-up day for Wednesday, Feb. 7th.

Two Jackson County school corporations have announced their plans to make up days missed because of inclement weather.

Brownstown Central Community School Corp. will be in session Feb. 19 on Presidents Day, March 30 on Good Friday and April 6, 13 and 16. The latter three dates originally were built-in snow days.

Medora Community School Corp. also will be in session Feb. 19, while the other makeup days will be April 27 and May 29 and 30.
