(MITCHELL) - A Mitchell woman was injured Sunday evening after crashing her car on Rariden Hill Road.
According to Lawrence County Sheriff's Department report, 69-year-old Gail Gallagher of Cassidy Lane was eastbound on Rariden Hill Road approaching Dixie Highway when a deer appeared in the roadway, as she slowed down she lost control of her 2004 Ford Escape, went left of center and struck a tree.
She complained of pain to her entire body and was transported from the scene by ambulance.
