Hunter Education Class Begins March 10 At Carr Township Conservation Club In Medora

(MEDORA) - A hunter education class is planned from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 10 and from 1 to 4 p.m. March 11 at the Carr Township Conservation Club, 7709 W. County Road 350S, Medora.

Students will learn about archery, tree stand safety, firearms and ammunition, hunter ethics, hunting laws and regulations and black powder.

Those who wish to attend must register online at passitonindiana.com.

A hunter education certificate is required for anyone born after Dec. 31, 1986, to obtain a hunting license.

Anyone younger than 12 years of age needs to be accompanied by an adult.

Participants are welcome to bring a sack lunch March 10.
