Police Chief Dennis Parsley says that while officers were speaking to the owner of the vehicle, Hughes pulled up to the Tavern.

"She was arrested for driving a vehicle with a suspended driver's license with a prior conviction," he added. "During her arrested, the officers found she had three different baggies of a substance that tested positive for meth. They also found buspirone hydrochloride pills, syringes and a metal spoon. The spoon and syringe also tested positive for meth."
