Lawrence County Police were called to the 500 block of Southridge Drive after a report of battery.

A woman told police she and Hearn were arguing when Hearn grabbed her by the neck and threw her to the floor, the affidavit stated. While on the floor, Hearn took out a red pocket knife and threatened to kill her.
