(MITCHELL) - A Bloomington woman suffered lower leg pain after she crashed her vehicle on Meridian Road on Thursday.
According to a Lawrence County Police report, 21-year-old Shania Owing was traveling on Meridian Road near Yockey Road when she told police a vehicle was pulling from a driveway at the crest of a hill caused her to swerve her 2002 Kia Spectra off the roadway, hit a culvert and fire hydrant causing the car to roll onto the driver's side.
The woman who was in the vehicle pulling out of the driveway told police Owings' 'car swerved before she was able to pull onto the road.
