(SEYMOUR) - Seymour Police are requesting the public’s help in locating 28-year-old Jathon Donavan Phillips who is wanted on charges of intimidation with a deadly weapon and battery after injuring a woman.
Phillips, of Seymour, is also facing charges maintaining a common nuisance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police were alerted to the incident after a woman went to Schneck Medical Center for treatment of her injuries Thursday afternoon.
The woman told police she was attacked by Phillips at the Knights Inn on North Sandy Creek Drive.
Police say Phillips is also wanted for questioning for his possible his involvement in multiple additional criminal investigations.
