(BEDFORD) - Author Frank Bill will hold a reading and book signing at Inklings Bookstore in Bedford on Friday, Jan. 19th at 7 p.m.
Bill's first book, a collection of short stories entitled Crimes in Southern Indiana, was named a one of GQ's favorite books of 2011 as well as a Daily Beast best debut of 2011. A film of his first novel, Donnybrook, is currently in production.
His most recent work, The Savage, was released in the fall of 2017 and will be the subject of his reading at Inklings.
The early reviews of The Savage show that Bill has lived up to expectations as the novel takes a close look at a gritty world where the tough survive but only the toughest prevail.

All three of Bill's books will be available for purchase at Inklings and Bill will be available for questions and conversation after the reading.
Inklings, a used bookstore that offers a variety of drinks and tens of thousands of used books of all genres, is located at 1020 16th Street in Bedford, one-half block past City Hall and one-half block before the courthouse square. Parking is available on the street and in the Bedford Federal Savings Bank lot across 16th Street from the store. Inklings also offers a friendly and comfortable place to hang out with friends or to sit and read or study.
