(MITCHELL) - Don and Rita Quebbeman are the winners of the 2017 Annual Greater Mitchell Chamber of Commerce Christmas Lighting Contest.
The Quebbeman's, at 284 Art Gallery Road won a $100 cash prize for their display.
There was a second place tie.
Kevin and Letitia Pemberton, of 817 Parks Implement Road and Mike and Ashley Teague, of 1020 West Brook Street, won a 2018 Spring Mill Park pass.
