(HELTONVILLE) - A Heltonville man was arrested Wednesday night after Indiana State Police were called to a domestic dispute in a home in the 580 block of Gil Gal Road.
According to ISP Sgt. Curt Durnil, police arrested 24-year-old Joshua Spradlin at 10:40 p.m. on a Level 6 felony charge of domestic battery in the presence of a child.
"Mr. Spradlin touched the female in a rude, insolent or angry manner in the presence of a child," Durnil added.
