Grace Jackson Named Brown County 2018 Lilly Scholar

(BROWN CO.) - Brown County High School senior Grace Jackson has been named Brown County's 2018 Lilly Endowment Community Scholar.

Grace is the daughter of Thomas and Carolyn Jackson and plans to study public policy.

As Lilly Scholars, she will receive a four-year, full-tuition scholarship to the Indiana college of their choice and a $900 yearly stipend for required books and equipment.

In high school, Jackson has been involved in drama, tennis, volleyball, school leadership positions and was on the homecoming court. She was a graduate of the Brown County Junior High School We the People program and was on the BCJHS team that won a national We the People civics contest championship in 2013-14.
