(FERDINAND) - A Ferdinand man was arrested on charges of child molestation, sexual misconduct with a minor, child seduction and dissemination of matter harmful to a minor.
Police arrested 50-year-old Rudy Wayne Riley, at 2 p.m. Thursday after a complaint regarding the alleged activities was reported to the Division of Family and Child Services.
Ferdinand Police Department say the case remains under investigation.
