Bedford Man Injured In Collision

(BEDFORD) - A Bedford man was injured Saturday morning in a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of 14th and I streets.

According to a Bedford Police reports, 64-year-old man Edwin Easterday of Bedford complained of neck pain and was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

According to police 56-year-old Tammy Easterday was driving north in the right lane on I Street in her 2010 Ford Focus when a 2005 Ford Escape driven by 53-year-old Cynthia Davis of Bedford pulled into the path of Easterday's car from 14th Street. The collision caused Davis' car to flip on its top.

Davis told police the sun was shining in her eyes and she didn't see Easterday's car.

Davis and Tammy Easterday were not injured. Edwin Easterday was a passenger in Tammy Easterday's vehicle.
