(BLOOMINGTON) - The Bloomington Fire Department responded to a dumpster fire at a parking garage on the 500 block of North College Avenue at 9:30 a.m. Friday.
Bloomington police, viewed camera footage that showed an unknown person entering the trash area and before they left there was smoke rising from the area.
According to police, maintenance workers reported they asked a man standing by the stairwell by the dumpster to leave earlier that morning.
