(BEDFORD) - Make some more room for your Thanksgiving meal and support a great cause in the 4th Annual Becky’s Place Hope Full 5K & 1 Mile Family Fun Walk.
Participants will be running for hope and directly impacting the well-being of women & children in need.
The race is on Thanksgiving day starting at 9:30 a.m. on the on the square in downtown Bedford.
There will be trophies awarded to the first male and female to finish the 5K and finisher medals will be awarded to all participants.
Registration can be done online at www.BeckysPlaceBedford.org. For Adults, the registration fee is $20 and $15 for 18 year olds and under. The 1 Mile Fun Walk registration is $10. Be sure to register before November 15 to secure a Hope Full 5K & 1 Mile Family Fun Walk t-shirt.
Becky's Place is designed to "provide shelter and create hope" for women and children who are experiencing homelessness and moving toward a life of self-sufficiency.
Basic Overview of Services:
All proceeds go directly to Becky's Place.
