Two Hurt In Crash On Sieboldt Quarry Road Friday Morning

(BEDFORD) - Two people were injured in a crash on Sieboldt Quarry Road Friday morning.

According to a Lawrence County Police report, 68-year-old Regina Haverly of Springville was traveling east on Sieboldt Quarry Road in her 2008 Volkswagen Eos. At the same time 74-year-old Frederick Cline was attempting to turn left onto Sieboldt Quarry Road from Gas Line Road and pulled his 2003 Buick Park Avenue into the path of Harverly's Volkswagen. Cline told police he didn't see Haverly's vehicle.

Haverly complained of back, chest, neck and leg pain. Cline complained of pain to his chest and neck. Both were taken by ambulance to Indiana University Health Bloomington Hospital for treatment.

Assisting at the scene was Perry and Marshall Township volunteer fire departments.
