(GREENE CO.) - Two men were arrested Friday after an Indiana State trooper stopped the vehicle they were in for a traffic violation.

According to an Indiana State Police report, Trooper Richard Klun, a member of the Indiana State Police All Crimes Enforcement Squad (ACES), conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in eastern Greene County after learning the registered owner had no valid driver's license.

Master Trooper John Yung assisted with the traffic stop.

While speaking with the driver, 41-year-old Joseph Bish of Bloomington, Trooper Klun observed indicators that criminal activity may be afoot.

During the course of their investigation, Bish advised Troopers Klun and Yung that the front seat male passenger, Matthew Ryan had thrown a cigarette pack onto the rear floorboard near the feet of Brittany Bish and her juvenile son. Joseph Bish and that the cigarette pack contained meth.

Bish gave Troopers consent to search his vehicle.

The troopers found approximately 12 grams of meth with a street value of $450 in the cigarette pack and $675 in cash from drug transactions. While speaking with Ryan, the troopers discovered Ryan was lying about his identity and that he was actually 31-year-old Kyle Feutz of Bloomfield.

Feutz was also in possession of hypodermic syringes and Suboxone, a controlled substance without a valid prescription.

Bish was arrested on felony charges of dealing meth over 10 grams and maintaining a common nuisance.

Feutz was arrested on felony charges of possession of meth; possession of a hypodermic syringe; identity deception; false informing and possession of a controlled substance. He was also wanted on warrants for theft, resisting law enforcement and domestic battery.

Both were incarcerated in the Greene County Jail.
