(BLOOMINGTON) - Bloomington Police are looking for a man who allegedly pushed a Trojan Horse employee who refused to take money out of an ATM for the man.

Police say the 26-year-old male employee was approached by the man asking for money every night as he left work.

The employee said the man approached him once again on Wednesday around 9 p.m. wanting money to buy food. The employee had no cash, but did offer to buy the man a meal.

The man became upset and allegedly grabbed the man by the shoulders and said he didn't want food but cash.

The man then threatened to force the employee to an ATM to withdraw some cash for him. The employee refused to go with the man and that is when the man pushed the employee to the sidewalk.

Police say a passerby noticed the confrontation and yelled at the man, who then took off running south toward Walnut Street.

As the man ran away, he threatened the next time he saw the employee he would kill him.

Police say the man, a black man in his 40's with graying black hair, was possibly under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

The employee was not injured and no arrest have yet been made in the case.
Anyone with information about the man is asked to call Bloomington Police.
