(BEDFORD) - Bedford North Lawrence High School’s Marching Stars will perform on Saturday at 6:48 p.m. in the Scholastic Class State Finals.
The finals will take place at Lawrence Central High School in Indianapolis, with the winning band moving on to the Indiana State School Music Association Open Class State Finals in Indianapolis on Nov. 4.
Marching bands from Orleans, Paoli and Springs Valley all advanced to the semi-state round on Oct. 28 at Franklin Community High School.
Springs Valley High School's Blackhawk Brigade advances to semistate after achieving a Gold rating at regional and claiming distinction awards for music, general effect and visual effect. Springs Valley was one of two bands in the state, to receive all three distinctions.
All three Orange County bands will participate in the Bands of America Super Regional Friday in Indianapolis. Spring Valley's will performance on Friday at 11:15 a.m. Paoli will step on the field at 12:30 p.m. with Orleans preforming at 6:15 p.m.
