State Police Car Involved In Accident

(BEDFORD) - A Indiana State Police car car was involved in an accident at the intersection of State Road 37 and 16th Street.

The crash occurred at 6:22 p.m. on Friday.

According to ISP Bloomington Public Information Officer Curt Durnil, Trooper Sam Gillespie was enroute to assist another trooper, who was involved in a pursuit, when Trooper Gillespie's patrol car and another vehicle collided in the intersection.

Indiana State Police are investigating the accident and no other information was available.
