(BLOOMINGTON) - Indiana University police are investigating a report of a rape at the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity that happened during a party.
According to police the incident happened at the fraternity located at 815 North Jordan Avenue between the hours of 11:30 p.m. Saturday and 1:30 a.m. Sunday. The incident was reported Monday.
IU Police Department's Lt. Craig Munroe says the 20-year-old student reported they were raped by a 19-year-old student inside the fraternity building.
Lt. Munroe says the suspect was identified and the case is still active.
