(UNDATED) - The Bedford Recreation Foundation, Inc. Board of Directors has a special message for all golfers, sponsors and volunteers for the Claude Akins Memorial Golf Classic.
On behalf of the Bedford Recreation Foundation, Inc. Board Of Directors we would like to express our and the board's sincerest thanks and appreciation to all of the sponsors, participants and volunteers "past and present" for their incredible generosity and support, to this organization's annual fundraiser "The Claude Akins Memorial Golf Classic" held each 'Labor Day' weekend at Bedford's beautiful Otis Park Golf Course. While we strive to provide a first class golf tournament for everyone to enjoy, the unselfish giving by all of you whether it be monetary, your time or both has allowed us to make improvements and enhance Otis Park Golf Course, as well as, many other worthwhile and important projects throughout our city parks and community. Again on behalf of the board we want to thank you for your continued support and acknowledge the role all of you have played in helping us to be in a position to make the substantial contributions to Otis Park and the community.
