(MITCHELL) - The Persimmon Idol preliminary portion of the contest, sponsored by Z102, was held Thursday in the Mitchell High School auditorium.
Below is a list of those moving on to compete for the title of Z102 Persimmon Idol. The competition will be held at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 30th on the Main Street stage.
Awards will be given to the top performer per division that include $100 cash, a Idol Trophy, and Z102 air time.
Contestants will be judged on: Stage Presence, Audience Participation, Vocal Quality, Word Memorization and Overall Performance.
